As Your Strengths Advisor, Alison specializes in people frameworking, team and guest experience design, and business growth/change management.  Her focus on behavioral science and psychological principles lends to her clients’ ability to unlock their personal potential and reach new business achievements. Her passions include world travel, hiking Runyon Canyon, and focusing her career and personal contributions to social responsibility.

Grace McBride, Founding Partner

Grace is Thrive’s EVP of Digital Innovation, Marketing & Branding, specializing in new business start-ups and brand relaunches.  As a business growth savant, she creates unique and custom digital marketing plans, collateral design, and brand strategy. Through her words and design, Grace captures the essence of her clients goals and then translates them into customized brand identity elements. Her passion includes cooking with fresh foods from her garden, global travel, and staying connected with her alma mater Cornell University.

Dr. Sean Gallagan, Chief Education Officer

Dr. Gallagan is Thrive’s Chief Education Officer of Aviation Education & Workforce Development solutions. He provides aviation professionals, companies, and educational & (non) governmental organizations consultation services to grow their business. Dr. Gallagan’s expertise lies in ‘next-gen’ training development and strategic planning. Prior to becoming a consultant, he served as the Associate Dean overseeing transportation programs at Broward College and was Principal/Director of George T. Baker Aviation Technical College – the largest FAA Part 147 public training institute in the SE United States. He has implemented numerous programs including career dual enrollment, short-term training programs, industry/company-specific, and online courses. He received his Ph.D. from Barry University, Masters from Nova Southeastern, and Bachelors from FIU.
